  • Permit Referral DR-1763: 2205 Baynard Boulevard. Request to create a driveway to run through the front yard to the rear property line. Baynard Boulevard City Historic District. Resolution 34-23.
  • Permit Referral DR-1764: 5 Red Oak Road. Request to replace an existing sunroom in existing footprint and eave height, demolish existing single-story hall (blt 1999) to build a new two-story structure, multiple other elements. Red Oak Road City Historic District. Resolution 35-23.
  • Permit Referral DR-1765: 1004 N Monroe Street. Request to use Anderson sliding one-over-one window in front façade of the row house (A new type of window not previously examined by the Commission). Trinity Vicinity City Historic District. Resolution 26-23.
  • Permit Referral DR-1766: 505 West 4th Street. Request for exterior renovations for a long-vacant house to return it to use as a three-story, three-unit rental building. Quaker Hill City Historic District. Resolution 27-23.
