Public Notice

The City of Wilmington gives public notice that amendments to the Department of Finance’s Policy 2019-01 Rules for the Collection of Delinquent Accounts have been filed with the City of Wilmington Administrative Board. The amendments relate to payment agreements for parking and photo-enforced red-light ticket debt and contesting immobilization/towing of vehicles. Copies of the amendments are available in the Louis L. Reading City/County Building lobby, 800 North French Street, Wilm., DE 19801 or may be viewed here. Any person affected by the amendments may request a hearing. Written requests for a hearing must be sent to the Administrative Board, c/o Adrianne Artist, Department of Human Resources, Louis L. Reading City/County Building, 800 North French Street, 4th Fl., Wilm., DE 19801, with copies to the Department of Finance (5th Fl.) and the City Law Department (9th Fl.). Hearing requests must be received no later than November 14, 2024.
