2023 Fall College Tour

November 15 to 17

Mayor Mike Purzycki and Parks and Recreation Director Ian Smith invite high school students grades 10 through 12 to see what's in store for them in higher education as we travel to colleges and universities in Maryland, Virginia, and Washington, D.C.

UPDATE: The Department of Parks and Recreation is sponsoring 25 City of Wilmington residents to attend free of charge! First come, first served. Students are responsible for their lunch & dinner meals only. A letter for your school absence will be provided. Use the registration link below to register online.

Use this link to register online by Friday, November 10 and for tour information.

The tour includes visits to:

• University of Maryland College Park
• The American University
• Virginia Commonwealth University
• Virginia Union University
• Bowie State University

COSTS

Tour costs (includes hotel, transportation, daily breakfast & snack):

• $280 for city residents must reside within city limits
• $300 for non-city residents

A non-refundable seat deposit is due on or before Friday, September 29.

• $70 for city residents
• $75 for non-city residents
