    • Permit Referral DR-1753:  119, 121, 123 N Market St; 120 & 122 N Shipley Street. Request to consolidate five open parcels into one and construct a paved parking lot to serve the office building at 117 N Market Street and the restaurant at 125 N Market Street. Lower Market Street City Historic District. Resolution 24-23. DEFERRED AT REQUEST OF APPLICANT UNTIL OCTOBER MEETING.
    • Permit Referral DR-1756: 516 N King Street. Expansion of existing former US Custom House (a National Register of Historic Places building) with refurbishments / minimal segmental demolition of central historic core to extend the judicial campus created by the proximity to the Leonard L Williams Justice Center. Reviewed under City Code section 48-36(d)(4)(c). APPROVED in September (Res 27-23). Applicant is returning to move to phase 2 (Definition of materials) for final approval. Resolution 28-23.
  • New Business
    • Permit Referral DR-1758 / CLG-1758. Consideration of a National Register of Historic Places nomination for Scott A.M.E. Zion Church,  627 E 7th Street. Review by the DRPC under their purview as reviewing body for the Certified Local Government (Historic Preservation Commission). Resolution  29-23.
    • Permit Referral DR–1759: 601 N Tatnall Street. Two-story infill on subject building to create a 3rd bedroom and loft.  Quaker Hill City Historic District. Resolution 30-23.
    • Permit Referral DR-1760: 2001 Kentmere Parkway. Request to construct a two-story addition at the north (rear) elevation of the residence, enclose existing porch, extend garage 12” to create a covered porch, and infill existing pool and construct a new pool.  Kentmere Parkway City Historic District. Resolution 31-23.
    • Permit Referral DR-1761: 1001 N Rodney Street. Request to remove most of existing rear/side yard fence and introduce a driveway & parking pad in the rear yard of the house. Cool Spring/Tilton Park City Historic District. Resolution 32-23.
    • Permit Referral DR-1762. Soldiers and Sailors Monument, Delaware Avenue and N. Broom Street. Request from the Department of Parks and Recreation to introduce multiple units of high directed lighting on the Soldiers and Sailors Monument. Delaware Avenue City Historic District. Resolution 33-23.
