  • Permit Referral DR-1740:1103 N. Franklin Street. Expansion of existing former US Custom House (a National Register of Historic Places building) with refurbishments/ minimal segmental demolition of central historic core to extend the judicial campus created by the proximity to the Leonard L Williams Justice Center. Reviewed under City Code section 48-36(d)(4)(c). Resolution 27-23.
  • Permit Referral DR-1757: 819 East 7th Street. Rehabilitation of an existing row home. Old Swedes City Historic District. Resolution 28-23
