    • Permit Referral DR-1747: Request from the Wilmington Neighborhood Conservancy Land Bank for the demolition of 900, 902, 904, 1000, 1002, 1012, and 1014 Bennett Street to create “clean and green” spaces until a redevelopment plan can be developed. Referred under the demolition provisions of City Code section § 48-36(d). Resolution 18–23. 

    • Permit Referral DR-1748: 419 North Market Street. Request for installation of signs for the new bookstore opening at this location. Market Street City Historic District. Resolution 19–23.

    • Permit Referral DR-1749: 2203 Kentmere Parkway. Request to remove an existing window, shorten the length of the existing opening and replace it with a shorter window to accommodate the revised floorplan of the kitchen. Kentmere Parkway City Historic District. Resolution 20–23.

    • Permit Referral DR-1750: 706 East 6th Street. Introduction of a driveway and fencing around the rear yard as part of the overall renovation of the property. St. Mary’s City Historic District. Resolution 21–23.

    • Permit Referral DR-1751: 1108 North Rodney Street. Request to repair and rebuild a backyard porch. Cool Spring/Tilton Park City Historic District. Resolution 22–23.

    • Permit Referral DR-1752: Request for boundary expansion for the “Brush with Kindness” area created by Habitat for Humanity of New Castle County on Wilmington’s East Side and approved by DRPC in October 2021. Resolution 23–23.
