Copies of Incident/Crime Reports

Those who a victim of a crime and would like to obtain an incident/crime report can visit the Wilmington Police Department at 300 North Walnut Street. This is a free service for those who are victims of a crime.

Copies of Collision Reports

Parties involved in a motor vehicle collision, as well as their legal representatives and insurance companies, are able to request a copy of a collision report.

In order to submit a request, please submit a written request along with a self-addressed, stamped envelope and a check or money order in the amount of $20.00 payable to the Wilmington Police Department. Requests should be mailed to:
