The Zoning Board of Adjustment hears appeals and decides on applications by landowners that affect zoning regulations.

Meetings
The ZBA meetings are held on the 2nd and 4th Mondays of each month at 5:30 p.m. and will be conducted both in person and online via Zoom webinar. Applicants should be present in person absent a showing of good cause.
The schedule is subject to change.

Members
The Zoning Board of Adjustment (ZBA) consists of three members or their authorized representatives - the chief engineer, the city solicitor, and the mayor.
The current members are:
