   1. Cabinet replacements for behind the bar at Rock Manor. Estimated cost is $10,000 - $11,000.
   2. Neighbors' request to replace a fence at Ed Oliver along the 8th hole by the tee box.
   3. Decorative bench to replace the one now at the first hole at Ed Oliver. Estimated cost, including installation is $3,000-$3,500. It would be like the one on the fifth hole.
   4. Other Capital Projects may be proposed at the December meeting to be considered in 2025.
