    1. Request a donation of $3,000 to support the Mayor's Cup Golf tournament to benefit The First Tee of Delaware.
    2. Request a donation of $3,000 to benefit The Annual Police Athletic League Golf Tournament.
  6. Old Business
    1. Rob Polillo, Regional General Manager of Indigo Golf, will give an update on renovation of sand traps at Ed Oliver.
    2. The continuing saga of the responsibility and ownership of Carruthers Lane between the City and State has not been resolved. Board President Tom Ogden has reached out to State officials and of this writing the State still contends it is not a state road. However, on our behalf, Brian McGlinchey and Sean Finnegan contacted State Representative Deborah Heffernan about the dangerous pothole on Carruthers Lane. In early June the State came out and did a temporary patch of the pothole. I think this was due to the action of Representative Heffernan.
    3. The Board should consider a new bench to replace the one at tee number #1 at EO.
  7. Miscellaneous
    1. The Air Conditioning unit in the Pro shop and office area had to be replaced in June. We had 2 bids and selected the low bid of $10,500 from Subcool Heating and Air Condition. Subcool is a minority contractor on The City's approved contractor list.
