   2. Permit Referral DR-1782: 704 W 11th Street. Request to place cling signage and hanging sign for a new café at the corner of 11th and Monroe Streets. Trinity Vicinity City Historic District. Resolution 14-24.
   3. Permit Referral DR-1783: 801 North Market Street. Placement of new Signage on the Market and 8th Street sides for a new Restaurant. Market Street City Historic District.  Resolution 15-24.
