    • Permit Referral CLG/DR-1777: Compton Apartments. Request from Powers and Associates for the owner to place the five buildings of the original complex on the National Register of Historic Places. Reviewed under the provisions of the Certified Local Government status of the City of Wilmington. Resolution 09-24.
    • Permit Referral DR-1778: 703 East Seventh Street. Request from Eastside Career Development Center for exterior changes to make the building handicapped accessible and suitable for classroom skill training with both exterior and interior modifications. St. Mary’s City Historic District. Resolution 10-24.
    • Permit Referral DR-1779: 401 North Market Street. Request to replace existing awnings and add a new awning in a corner location. Market Street City Historic District. Resolution 11-24.
    • Permit Referral DR-1780: 1021 N. Rodney Street. Request for replacement of windows on Rodney and 10th Street facades.  Cool Spring/Tilton Park City Historic District. Resolution 12-24.
    • Permit Referral DR-1781: 914-920 Bennett Street. Proposal for new construction on sites of demos approved by DRPC (invoking completion requirements found in section §48-36(D)(5)(b) of the Wilmington City Code). Resolution 13-24.
