• Due to the absence of any complete application being submitted by the deadline, there will be NO DRPC MEETING in March 2024. The next regular meeting will be scheduled for Wednesday, April 17, 2024. Submission deadline for applications for the meeting will be March 27, 2024.

This agenda was prepared on March 12, 2024, by John Kurth, Senior Planner Design III, (302) 576-3118. As always, DRPC has the right to refuse to review any case for which they decide there is insufficient documentation to make an informed determination.
