On October 7, 2021, City Council passed an ordinance requiring that all Elected Officials and City Employees attend annual ethics training. In an effort to be transparent with the public, the ordinance also requires that the Ethics Commission publish a list of Elected Officials in compliance with the training requirements. All elected officials attended training in early 2021 and are in compliance through the reporting period ending April 30, 2022. They must attend a refresher training between May 1, 2022 and April 30, 2023.
