  • Request for Proposals: Facility Assessment of the Clubhouse at Ed Oliver Golf Club
    Overview: Rock Manor Golf Corporation is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to perform a comprehensive facility assessment of the Clubhouse at Ed Oliver Golf Club. The intent of the project is to evaluate the existing condition of the Clubhouse, develop an understanding of the facility's needs, and identify potential areas for improvement. This solicitation is open to all properly licensed firms that specialize in facility assessment, architecture or a closely related field.
  • Refurbish and repair the following bridges at Rock Manor Golf Course on Holes 12, 13, 14, and 17. Decking on all Holes needs to be removed and replaced with pressure-treated lumber. Estimated cost for this project is $150,000. We are currently soliciting bids and hope to have several to consider at the December 5 meeting.
