• Approval of the minutes of the September 21, 2023, Planning Commission Meeting.
• New Business
  • Resolution 7-23; MS-23-06: Major Subdivision application from Foresite Associates, Inc. on behalf of Reybold Venture Group XIV, LLC (Owner) entitled, “Liberty Street Properties”, which proposes to subdivide fourteen parcels of land (tax parcels 26-042.20.015; 26-042.20.016; 26- 042.20-017; 26-042.20-018;26-042.20-019; 26-042.20-020; 26-042.20-021; 26-042.20-023; 26-042.20-024; 26-042.20-025; 26-042.20-026; 26-042.20-027; 26-042.20-095 and 26-042.20-096) into six parcels; to remove a one block long, 40’ wide right-of-way known as Liberty Street, a one block long 10’ wide right-of-way known as Nancy Street and a pair of 3’ wide unnamed alleys from the Official City Map; and to dedicate new right-of-way segments for Liberty Street and Lower Linden Street, which will be added to the Official City Map.
  • Resolution 6-23: Planning Commission recommendation regarding an application requesting Zoning Board of Adjustment approval to operate a wholesale storage (warehousing), processing and distribution facility at 1, 25 and 51 S. Heald and 0 Lobdell Streets, within the W-4 (Waterfront Residential/Commercial) zoning district.
