  • Permit Referral DR-1752: Request for boundary expansion of the “Brush With Kindness” (BWK) area created by Habitat for Humanity of NCC and approved by DRPC in 2021 to include the three existing City Council designated City Historic Districts in the Eastside thereby allowing property owners in these districts expedited pre-rehab construction reviews and permits ONLY when exclusively using the BWK palette of pre-approved materials. Request to consolidate five open parcels into one and construct a paved parking lot to serve the office building at 117 N Market Street and the restaurant at 125 N Market Street.   • Permit Referral DR-1754: 30 Buena Vista Street and 98 Vandever Avenue. Request from Delmarva Power and Light Company for increase in size, and modification in orientation of a new building at the subject addresses. Referred under City Code Section 48-36(D)(5). Resolution 25-23.
    
    This case is a requested change to a previously approved DRPC application: (Permit Referral DR-1699: 30 Buena Vista Street and 98 Vandever Avenue. Request from Delmarva Power and Light Company to demolish vacant power plant structure and build new switch gear electrical station on the parcel. Referred under §48-36(D)(5) of the City Code. Resolution 31-21.)
