Reverse 911
The Reverse 911 Community Notification System is a communication tool between the Wilmington Department of Police and the community. It permits a message to be simultaneously communicated via telephone to an entire geographical area. The Reverse 911 Community Notification System is a non-emergency system and will be utilized to desseminate information pertaining to police, fire or health issues considered to be of value to the community and the Wilmington Department of Police.
