Former Harper-Thiel Electroplating Company Site
The Wilmington Urban Development Action Grant Corporation (UDAG) is seeking proposals for development of a 2.3 acre parcel at 3101 and 3201 Miller Road, Wilmington, Delaware. The property is zoned C-5 for commercial use. The former use of the site was industrial, and the site has brownfields-related issues. The preferred use of the site is office, institutional, research, educational or training facilities, and neighborhood-oriented commercial services.
Public Notice
Notice is hereby given that the Wilmington Urban Development Action Grant Corporation (UDAG) will be receiving proposals for the redevelopment of the Harper Thiel site, 3101 and 3201 Miller Road, Wilmington, Delaware. The site is 2.3 acres and is zoned C-5 for commercial use. The preferred use(s) of the site are office, institutional, research, educational or training facilities, and/or neighborhood-oriented commercial services. The preference is also to retain and renovate the primary building on the site. UDAG owns the site and will contract to sell the site to a qualifying development entity.
